Restaurant management built around the kitchen pass Seven modules, one order record, one login
Dearrasa

Home/Pricing

Four plans, no surprises

Priced by what you run, not by how many times you use it.

There is no charge per bill, per ticket or per order, and no charge per staff login. A busy Saturday costs the same as a quiet Tuesday, because charging a restaurant more for having a good night is a strange way to build a partnership.

Figures are per outlet per month, billed monthly, exclusive of GST. Annual billing is offered at a lower effective rate. Multi Outlet is quoted after a short conversation, because outlet count, station count, aggregator mix and whether you run a central kitchen change the answer materially.

The questions restaurant owners actually ask us.

Will our existing POS terminals, printers and cash drawers work?

Usually. The counter and the kitchen display run in a browser on Windows or Android, and thermal printers are driven over the local network or USB using standard ESC POS commands, which covers the large majority of printers in Indian restaurants. Cash drawers triggered by the printer work the same way.

Send us the make and model of each device before you commit. We will confirm what works, what needs a small adapter and what genuinely needs replacing, in writing, rather than discovering it during installation.

Which plan should a small cafe or takeaway counter pick?

Counter, in almost every case. If you have no table service, no reservations and a short menu, the order and the pass are the whole operation, and paying for modules you will not open serves nobody.

Move to Essential when you want recipe costing and a live stock ledger, which is usually the point at which your food cost stops being a number you can hold in your head.

How long does setup take?

For a single outlet, a working counter and kitchen display in a day is normal, assuming your menu is available in some readable form and your printers are on a stable local network. Recipes for your main sellers usually take a further week of part time effort from your chef, and that is the step worth not rushing, since everything about food cost depends on it.

For a group, the first outlet takes the same time. The rest go faster because menus, recipes and policy are already configured centrally.

What exactly works without internet?

Taking orders, firing to the kitchen, timers, modifications, printing KOTs and bills, cash settlement and shift close all continue offline and reconcile when connectivity returns. Aggregator orders, card and UPI authorisation, cross outlet views and freshly generated forecasts need the line up. The full explanation is on the Platform page.

What are the contract terms?

Monthly or annual subscription, with annual billed at a lower effective rate. There is no lock in beyond the term you have paid for. If you leave, you can export your menu, recipes, sales history, stock ledger and guest records in a standard format, and we will help you do it rather than making it awkward.

Do you charge per order, per bill or per user?

No. Plans are priced per outlet. Staff logins are unlimited, because charging per user encourages restaurants to share a login, which destroys the audit trail that makes the software worth having.

Is there a charge for onboarding and training?

Menu build and first shift training are included on all plans. Multi Outlet includes a phased rollout plan with a named contact. Where you want us on site for an extended period, or want a large historical data migration, that is quoted separately and stated before any work begins.

Can we start on a smaller plan and move up later?

Yes, and moving between plans does not involve a migration. Modules are switched on against the same data, and a new module immediately sees the history that is already there. Upgrades are charged pro rata for the remainder of your term, and reductions take effect at your next renewal.
