Seven modules, one kitchen

Every module reads the same order. That is why none of them contradict each other.

Turn on what your service needs today and add the rest when you are ready. There is no integration project between them, because there is nothing to integrate.

Module 01

POS & Billing

For cashiers and captains

Order entry built for speed under pressure: search by short code, repeat the last round for a table, add modifiers without leaving the keypad. Bills split by guest, by item or by share, and a single bill can settle across cash, card, UPI and a loyalty balance at once. Invoices carry GST at the right rate per item with HSN codes, and credit notes reverse properly rather than being cancelled and retyped.

Module 02

Kitchen Display & Order Flow

For the pass and every station

The flagship module and the reason this site is built around a rail. An order arrives, splits into station tickets, and each item begins timing against its own expected cook time. Tandoor sees breads, the wok sees noodles, the pass sees the table as a whole so a course leaves together. Anything crossing its threshold turns chili red and moves up the rail on its own.

Module 03

Inventory & Recipe Costing

For chefs and purchase

Stock that moves with the pass instead of being counted after it. Recipes and sub recipes carry quantities, yields and wastage allowances, so consumption posts automatically and cost per plate updates when a supplier rate changes. Variance between counted and expected stock is a daily number, which is the point at which over portioning and pilferage stop being suspicions.

Module 04

Staff & Shift Management

For managers and owners

Rosters by station and daypart, published to staff, with swaps and leave requests that leave a record. Attendance is marked on the same terminal the shift already uses, so there is no separate device to maintain. Labour cost sits next to sales for the same hours, and the forecast proposes cover for the days it expects pressure, which you approve or ignore.

Module 05

Table & Reservation Management

For the host desk

A floor map that shows more than occupied or free: seated, ordered, mains away, dessert, awaiting bill. Reservations, walk in waitlist and quoted wait times drawn from actual turn times rather than a guess at the door. Section level analysis tells you which tables turn, which linger and which server the numbers quietly favour.

Module 06

AI Forecasting & Menu Insights

For owners and chefs

Demand predicted by day and by hour, per outlet and per item, turned into a prep sheet and an indent list rather than a chart nobody acts on. Menu insight sits beside it: what each dish contributes after real ingredient cost, which items sell only when suggested, and which are ordered often and earn nothing. Every figure states what it was built from.

Module 07

Customer Loyalty & Feedback

For marketing and owners

Recognition tied to the bill rather than a separate app the guest will never install. Visit history, favourite dishes, spend pattern and reward balance are visible at the counter while the guest is still standing there. Feedback is collected after the visit and summarised by dish and by shift, so a run of complaints points at a station and a time rather than a mood.

Open Loyalty & Feedback
Shared, not duplicated

Four things every module reads from the same place.

01

The order

One record from entry to settlement, including every modification and who made it.

02

The menu

Items, prices, taxes, availability and station routing, versioned so yesterday's bill still makes sense.

03

The recipe book

Quantities, yields and sub recipes that connect what is sold to what is bought.

04

The people

Staff, roles, outlet scope and the audit trail that follows every sensitive action.

Tell us how many outlets you run, what you use today and where the day usually goes wrong. We will tell you which two modules to start with, even if that is a smaller sale.
